Design
This typically includes a site analysis and discussion of a client’s needs, a preliminary design, revisions based on your feedback, and a final detailed landscape development plan for your garden. This detailed master plan is then handed over contractor of clients choose to take it from there.
Design-Execution
This offers the design service described above, as well as to develop execution drawings and coordination with other consultants to reduce the possibility for construction issues. This mainly includes site execution details and overseeing plant purchase and installation.
Full Service
This mainly design-build and maintenance program. For the highest-touch service, some landscape designers will offer all the above, plus oversee ongoing maintenance of the garden.
